Replaced a browser-tab sprawl of Notion, Zendesk, and Salesforce with a single chat surface that answers rep questions in under two seconds. Every answer cites the source doc, confidence is surfaced inline, and low-confidence cases flow to a human reviewer queue before being cached as canonical answers.
